Who needs a stucco inspection?

November 8, 2014 By Earl Damon

Anyone who owns a stucco clad home or commercial building needs an inspection when:

  1. Buying or selling. To determine the true condition of what’s to be bought or sold.
  2. When large cracks are detected. To determine whether the cracks are cosmetic or serious. To determine the underlying problem and stop moisture intrusion.
  3. When mold, mildew and water penetration are detected in your home. This can sometimes be due to substandard installation techniques of the stucco cladding.
  4. When an owner suspects that their stucco or masonry cladding was a substandard installation.
