What will you receive from an inspection?

A comprehensive, non-invasive stucco inspection report will include:

  1. A determination of the type and condition of the cladding installed.
  2. A determination of whether the cladding meets IBC or IRC code standards.
  3. A determination of whether the installation meets Manufacturer and TLPCA standards of application, when possible.
  4. A detailed digital report, with all observed deficiencies noted and photographed.
  5. A hypothesis as to the causes of any found deficiencies.
  6. 20 plus years of practical field experience in the application and repair of conventional and synthetic stucco.

How much does a stucco inspection cost?

A non-invasive stucco inspection for an existing home, of 2,500 square foot for as little as $450.
Considering the added value of knowing the true condition of your stucco cladding, $450 is a small price to pay.
