When do buyers need a Stucco Inspection?

If your stucco has

• Holes
• Large cracks
• Obvious moisture damage
• Mildew stains or rusts stains,

or if a home inspector

spots a problem and suggests you call a repair person or

notes that your building has stucco-related code violations.

As a rule of thumb, if you can fit a dime in the crack in your stucco, your home needs a stucco inspection to determine the true condition and cost of repairs.
